Thrive Deluxe Birth Package
This full-spectrum support is designed to empower Wilmington families through every phase of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—helping you feel confident, cared for, and connected.
This Package Includes
3 In-Person Prenatal Visits - Tailored to your needs we will go over your birth preferences, stages of labor, and comfort measures for labor, Postpartum planning.
Unlimited phone and text support: Unlimited check ins for any concerns you may have.
Access to my lending library of books
Complementary Prenatal Tea Blend
Continuous Labor Support: Support in the hospital or your home from the time you feel that you need me come until the time of delivery.
Immediate Postpartum Care: For up to 2 hours after delivery. Assistance with Breastfeeding or Infant feeding
3 Postpartum Follow Up Visits - In person visits to check in with you after birth, and offer tailored assistance where it’s needed. Virtual checkins for up to 6 weeks postpartum.
Payment plans are available for all Birth support packages, a one time travel fee of $100 will be applied for all locations over an hour away.

Designed for families who want essential support focused around labor and postpartum with minimal prenatal visits.
This Package Includes
1 Virtual and 1 In person Prenatal Visit - Tailored to your needs we will go over your birth preferences, stages of labor, and comfort measures for labor, Postpartum planning.
Unlimited phone and text support: Unlimited check ins for any concerns you may have.
Continuous Labor Support: Support in the hospital or your home from the time you feel that you need me come until the time of delivery.

Postpartum Doula Support
Our postpartum doula care is designed to provide nourishing, nonjudgmental support during the fourth trimester. Whether you need an extra set of hands, a listening ear, or guidance as you recover and adjust, we’re here to walk alongside you. This will look different for everyone.
This Support Can look like
Support includes:
Physical and emotional support for recovery after birth
Newborn care education and hands-on help
Breastfeeding and infant feeding support
Light household tasks (like laundry, dishes, tidying)
Meal and snack prep for nourishment
Herbal support and babywearing instruction
Time to rest, shower, or simply breathe
Daytime Support: Starting at $30/hour, with a 4-hour minimum per visit
Nighttime Support: Starting at $40/ hour from 10pm-6am
Postpartum support can be bundled into hourly packages for multiple seasons at a time for a discount.
