Continuous In Person Labor Support: Support in the hospital or your home from the time you feel that you need me come until the time of delivery.
Immediate Postpartum Care: For up to 2 hours after delivery. Assistance with Breastfeeding or Infant feeding
2 Postpartum Visits - 1 In person visit and one virtual. phone/text checkins for up to 6 weeks postpartum.

Postpartum Doula Support
Our postpartum doula care is designed to provide nourishing, nonjudgmental support during the fourth trimester. Whether you need an extra set of hands, a listening ear, or guidance as you recover and adjust, we’re here to walk alongside you. This will look different for everyone.
This Support Can look like
Support includes:
Physical and emotional support for recovery after birth
Newborn care education and hands-on help
Breastfeeding and infant feeding support
Light household tasks (like laundry, dishes, tidying)
Meal and snack prep for nourishment
Herbal support and babywearing instruction
Time to rest, shower, or simply breathe
Daytime Support: Starting at $30/hour, with a 3-hour minimum
Nighttime Support: Starting at $40/ hour from 10pm-6am
Postpartum support can be bundled into hourly packages for multiple seasons at a time for a discount.
