Hello! I’m Chiara Pringle-O’Neal, a certified birth and postpartum doula serving Wilmington and the surrounding communities. I began my journey into birthwork after my own pregnancy and birth experiences showed me the power of informed choice and holistic support—and how much Black women and all birthing people need safe, loving care.

I trained with Birth Arts International in 2019, and since then, I’ve dedicated myself to walking alongside families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with educational, emotional, and physical support.

I’ve supported families planning home births, VBACs, cesareans, and I’m passionate about creating safer, more empowering birthing spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and respected.

When I’m not doula-ing, you’ll find me gardening, spending time with my family, and enjoying good food—all the things that help me stay grounded and connected to the earth.

I proudly serve families in New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties, and I’m here to help you feel confident and cared for through every step of your journey.
